N-2P series nitrogen generators
Purified compressed air passes through a vessel filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS), which holds back oxygen molecules. When the sieve is saturated, the system switches to the second vessel while the first regenerates. Result: nitrogen of stable purity up to 5.0, i.e. 0.001% residual oxygen.
O-P series oxygen generators
Here a zeolite molecular sieve holds back nitrogen and lets oxygen through. The two vessels alternate in the same way. Result: oxygen of stable 90 to 95% purity, for industry, fish farming, water treatment or medical air.
